I had high hopes when I was referred to Mr. Craig Hughes through a paid service, but my experience with the firm's front office staff was incredibly frustrating and unpleasant. I reached out to schedule a consultation, excited to discuss my legal matter, only to be met with a dismissive attitude from the staff member who answered the phone. Despite clearly stating that I was referred to their firm and that the consultation was supposed to be with a lawyer, I was interrupted and informed that they wouldn't consider my case without first determining the extent of the issue. This felt like a complete disregard for my situation and the purpose of my call. I was simply trying to advocate for myself and secure the consultation I had been promised. The staff member's refusal to connect me with Mr. Hughes and their abrupt attitude left me feeling unheard and frustrated. In an attempt to explain my position and insist on the consultation I was entitled to through my Legal Club of America membership, I was met with a curt "best of luck" and a disconnection. It's disheartening when a law firm, which should be a place of support and guidance, exhibits such a lack of professionalism and customer service. I never even had the chance to speak with a lawyer. I cannot recommend Craig Hughes Law Firm based on this experience.

Both Craig and Elizabeth worked tirelessly to help get me a huge win. But what I legitimately cannot even begin to recommend enough about them both is their communication skills. They were so responsive for the entire 7 months we worked together. And they were always on top of things, even when I wasn't. If I ever need lawyer services again, Craig Hughes will absolutely be the first call I make.

It started out well, getting an airline to pay up penalties. I was asked for the bank account numbers and I send them to Elizabeth. Two months later I still did not receive the money and wrote Craig that. Then he claimed they never received my email (I had a record of it) and that I should fill out a link to the airline. This link seems like it starts the whole process all over again. But in the end it worked just fine.
