When I walked into the Craig Swapp offices I was broken. My car accident had left me unable to stand for more than a minute or two, I didn't know where to go to get help, or how to afford the help my body needed. After that first short meeting with the Craig Swapp team they had me setup with a physician, chiropractor, and physical therapist who were all willing to wait to be paid until after the settlement. Then started my long road to recovery. It was hard, but eventually I got better. Colton was my attorney and went to bat with the insurance company, always keeping me in the loop on all major decisions while still giving me the time and space to recover. Jaime kept me updated throughout the entire process, and would even check-in just to see how I was doing. She was incredibly respectful of my recovery, and continued to follow up and give me important information even when I failed to respond to her multiple times in a row. In summary, I have no regrets about hiring the team at Craig Swapp! They took care of me, and quite literally paved and financed the road for my recovery through their own hard work. When I walked into the Craig Swapp offices I knew one thing: I was too broken to fight the battles I'd need to fight to reach a full recovery and I needed an advocate who could handle that all for me.
