These people are rude and unprofessional, I called this office to inquire about my policy i received inadequate information based on my policy. I later requested to cancel my policy with this agency to go to another Erie Insurance agency because I felt that the agents in this office were racist. After i cancelled my policy with this agency they black balled me from Erie insurance although i never has an accident and I never paid my policy late. Erie is a great insurance company my advice is try the one in Camp Hill across from the camp Hill mall; if you want to be treated with respect.
