These people have been terrible to work with. I met with Allan Burns in July for a simple, uncontested divorce. Since in VA you have to be separated for one year to file for divorce, he told me nothing could be filed until September but that we'd be divorced by Halloween or Thanksgiving at the latest. No problem there. It's now almost St. Patrick's Day, and I'm still not divorced. They don't do anything without me calling, emailing, or physically going to the office and asking them about it. We've had to sign numerous documents, all without them picking up the phone and advising us action was needed on our part. We've answered all of their questions and signed all documents in a timely manner. Shame on me for not doing my research before hiring them, but I honestly was just looking for someone local and reasonably priced. After all, how hard could an uncontested divorce be? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Jason was Professional and very easy to work with. Untill the billing started I but money down on the retainer and set up an deposit from my bank account they charged my account twice and i never received one invoice. I had to call multiple times to get those. Have emails showing that it was paid off and they would cancel the auto withdrawal from my account. A week later they have taken more money out of my account $300 and I call to tell them to get my money back and they came up some ( things they forgot to Bill) and would refund my money. I have sent an email three days ago for them to give me my money back and provide me with written letter stating my account is at zero and they are returning my money. I have gotten no response.this firm might have good lawyers but my understanding is they just want to do what they want. It's been 4 days since that email and i have still gotten no response. Just watch your money.

Sit on our case for almost 2 months. If you try calling, don’t bother leaving a message they won’t get back to you. They wanted us to do all the running around to get paperwork done. I hired you do the work not me, and that’s why I have a job to do and so do you. Also if you want a your money back from them they’ll give you the run around. That’s what I’m tying to do now.

Would never recommend these people unless you have a bottomless wallet. They drag out your case to increase fees. Also, during Covid 19 would not wave payment fees for calling in to pay bill but all offices were closed for walking. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED

I had a case with Brian Bailey about traffic and he was a awesome lawyer. He went over and beyond to get my case DISMISSED. I will definitely be coming back here if I have anymore issues. Thank you Very much Brian. And Cravens and Noll
