My daughter was served a foreclosure notice for the former owners of a newly purchased home. I called the attorney Brett Messinger (on the summons) who was impatient, rude and condescending. He gave me the 3rd party information although I was not the party. He told me I'm going overboard about receiving the summons. Brett said the check should arrived any day to satisfy this debt. My daughter called afterwards and he screamed "don't you dare snap at me"!!! This law office is unbelievable!! I have been in the collections business for 40 years and have never mistreated or discounted a client. Brett was very unprofessional with a chip on his shoulder. This company needs to reevaluate its employees.

Employees from Duane Morris often smoke in front of the United Plaza building and close to the outdoor cafxe9 seating area and not where they are supposed to smoke which is designated smoking on the side of the building.

Cafeteria style. Often has a burnt food smell from the hot food section. Prices are slightly high. Closes way too early.
