The firm has a CIO who doesn't really know anything at all and doesn't understand the low rate environment and it's perrils. n I was a client for over 4 years. I have recently decided to pull all of my assets. The performance of my accounts for those 4 years was not good. They will try and stuff your qualified accounts full of 2 bond ETF's. They will dazzle you with accolades, but deliver below average returns and investment expertise. Buyer beware.

After reading Tony Robbins' book and his exhortation of this firm and their services, I filled out a Contact Us on their website.nWithin days, a local representative, Matt Arnold, contacted me to set an appointment. I was clear from the beginning that I was looking for an analysis and consultation on my overall plan and investments. I have an accountant, attorney, broker and CFP, so I was looking for an independent third party to act as a check and balance. Matt arrived only to explain that in order for me to take advantage of this type of fiduciary service, I needed to invest no less than $500,000. I explained again, I have all those services covered, but I want an independent third party relationship to oversee everything, like the Robbins' book implied they did. He stated they do not provide that service without the investment and abruptly walked out. He did mention that someone may call me if they could set up some sort of arrangement. Given the PR this firm receives, I was a little unsettled on how incongruent the actual company presented itself. I rarely leave negative reviews, but thought, especially with the popularity of the books, I should share my experience to prevent other readers from making the same mistake I did.

The company i work for used this company for three years. Communication from our rep was bad. Our company has changed investment companies representing us and the roll over process is a total mess. The person in charge of our account gave improper information to myself and apparently other of my co-workers. Both accounts at this time read ZERO. They aren't sure where my money went. But they said they would figure it out. I would never use them again!

I always wanted a wealth management firm where all the services of asset management, tax, estate planning ,etc were under one roof. I am so pleased with creative planning. I've introduced them to everyone who will listen. I only wish I had made the switch sooner. thank you
