This place is horrible to work. The office manager who has been working only three years at Crichton, thinks she is a surveyor. She comes in late everyday. She also puts down just about every client after they call the office. The owner smokes cigarettes in the doorway polluting the air you breathe. If you want to gain knowledge of survey and enhance your career, this is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE. Save yourself the aggravation of working with these non-professionals. Do not believe any positive reviews you see or read about Crichton. Call any other surveyor, they will possess and display more professionalism and ethics than Crichton ever will.

Usually when I need a survey it is needed sooner than later. Due to our closing date being moved up, we were in a rush. Herman Crichton not only delivered my survey on time but he explained things so that I could understand them. I highly recommend Crichton and Associates.

This is a fine company that I'd highly recommend. Their pricing is aggressive and extremely competitive. I used them in 2010 and again in 2013. Quick turnaround and zero mistakes.
