I am writing this review at my sister's request, and am happy to since I have had the pleasure to meet and speak with Avery Crossman over the course of my sister's case. After interviewing several attorneys who did not seem to be interested in seeking to understand or taking my sister's workers comp case seriously, she met Avery Crossman. Avery met my sister where she was at, intently listened, explained and re-explained, kept my sister and I informed and compassionately cared every step of the process. I found Avery Crossman while doing research to find a competent workes' compensation attorney. I had recently found myself having a potential issue with my work comp claim. After speaking with Avery, I found her to be upfront in regards to fees and what to expect if a claim went to court. If there is any question regarding my therapy she is on the phone with workers's comp insurance. If she doesn't hear from a client she is quick to call to see how they are doing.
