Excellent service from the initial booking throughout the moving day. The entire team was extremely polite, hard-working and worked very efficiently. The overall cost was very competitive with other moving companies. I highly recommend Two Men and Truck when moving.

We used these people to move us a while ago. They were incredibly rude about mask wearing during the worst of the pandemic. They complained and complained about stairs when we told them there were stairs before ever hiring them. They destroyed our headboard to our bed, scratched our furniture all up, dropped Christmas ornament boxes all over the ground. Then when we went over the bill, I mentioned the damages and they said "We have more important things to worry about, don't you think." Absolutely terrible. Will never use again and do NOT recommend anyone else do either.

This company is a total rip off they gave me one price to move. They were slow they were argumentative against each other. They didn’t really care what they were doing. They were always talking to one another wasting time. Ended up getting to my new house and when they got there they said we’re overtime.We have spent too much time and we have to charge you more before we unload we need to get paid before we unload. It end up being an extra $800 over what the estimate was. This is just normal procedure for this company. Do not use this company they are liars they don’t even want to come out and give you an estimate to your house. They know they’re going to increase the price before they unload the truck. And if you don’t pay they’re going to close the doors to takeoff. Scumbag

We recently hired Two Men and a Truck for a local move. The job included a full pack of our belongings, a move to a local storage unit, and then a move to our new home the following week. The end result was a disaster. Inexperienced packers arrived the day before our move to pack up and prepare our belongings for the following day. They get one star for showing up on time and being generally friendly. Unfortunately, all praise ends there. The crew had zero respect for our belongings. For example, entire drawers of silverware and kitchenware were dumped into boxes (unwrapped, etc) along with other random, unwrapped/unprotected items. Not surprisingly, multiple items did not arrive to the final location in one piece. Furniture was damaged, a reading lamp broken, legs and bolts for a sleeper couch went missing (it no longer works properly), sticky brown packing tape used to wrap directly on furniture items (also ruined), large holes were left in the walls/ceiling and hard wood floors were damaged. To make matters worse, they ran well over the estimated time (disorganization and long breaks, not unexpected workload), resulted in an almost 100% increase in price. ** After a long back-and-forth, they did reduced the final invoice somewhat. ** In the end we hired a different company to finalize our move -- night-and-day. Unfortunately, we will likely have to eat the cost of the damage caused by Two Men and a Truck. I hate writing these reviews, but this was so far beyond a little bad. STAY AWAY!!!!

Haven't used this company in a few years so I wasn't sure what to expect. The guy answering the phone to schedule was polite, patient and professional. The guys that came out to move were great. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Will continue to call them and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for movers.
