Cullison & Kane

As a bankruptcy attorney I believe the one key attribute you have to have is communication. Unfortunately Ms. Cullison lacked that attribute. Me and my wife were recommended to her by my Aunt and Uncle who had worked with her in the past. They had nothing but great things to say about her and how she helped them out when they filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Unfortunately I can't say the same on my end. Trying to get Ms. Cullison on the phone is a tough task in it's own right. I've called her several times and left messages with no phone calls back at all. I sent text messages with no acknowledgement of receipt. I had received the bankruptcy petition from her, sent it over with our credit report back in April and never heard back from her at all. I sent a follow up email to no avail. I then had to call her again and her response was she never received my email but will look for it. Did she ever call me back to let me know what happened? Nope. I got no call back or email from her. I then called her back as of yesterday, left a message and still not one call back at all. To me this is unprofessional when dealing with people who are seeking you for guidance and help in a difficult time. If you're too busy to take on new clients the least you can do is communicate that so I'm not wasting my time waiting to hear back from you. Instead I can be taking my business else where to someone that will actually communicate with me. I definitely wouldn't recommend Ms. Cullison based on my experience with her.
