Absolutely unprofessional and an unbelievable lack of communication and swiftness they told me it would be quick its been over 4 months and i have yet to even enter bankruptcy after i already paid them. Instead of just saying i dont qualify they say they are having to “enter everything by hand” everytime i call the lady at the desk says ill have to call back later or she says that hannah will call me back later but guess what ive never once gotten a call back
