Jeff and Heather were extremely helpful in getting my warranty deed completed. Since I was new to buying a home on land contract and nothing was done properly up front, there were extra steps to go through for me to have the deed in my hands properly. They gave me a list of items they needed, and once I had given those to them, they took care of everything else. If I ever go about purchasing property in this manner again, I will use Jeff again.
