Attempted to have a simple purchase and sale agreement drawn up. I received no responses to my emails after the initial phone contact. Received a very harried call from Krysten Fabri-Smith confirming one item about the property. She had not seen a copy of the warranty deed but went ahead writing the agreement up. It contained numerous mistakes, including misspelling my name. Called and left a message for her to call me back. It's been 12 days and I've not heard back from her. I will not be pursuing this further with this firm.

Really great law firm! Our family is involved with estate planning and some complicated real estate issues. We've used Griffin and Jordan a few times through the years. When we had tenant issues many years ago, they were a huge help getting a non-paying tenant out. Most recently, they helped us with closing on our office building in Bangor. We've dealt mostly with Mike and Mark and couldn't be happier. As a bonus, they are very reasonable with their billing and saved us hundreds in closing costs.

I had a not so good experience in family court. Attorney Mills is unprofessional an unorganized. Did not use anything I gave her on the opposing party. Sat back in court did nothing to represent me.
