Wish google had less than 1 star ? This company doesn't deserve one star... Scam brokers ? we booked a load and was told load was ready ? I stressed how important it is to get loaded right away because it was a tight window for delivery ? driver arrived load not ready ? emailed broker twice to try and speed up the loading ? and got yes I will call shipper... third time a called I got after hours voicemail.. how convenient ? When we finally got loaded I called broker ( they answered yeey) again and told them since my driver didn't get loaded on time he won't be able to make it to his first delivery on time and we need to reschedule ( 2 deliveries at Wal-Mart) ? He was nice and said to give him update in the morning and we will go from there.. in the morning I told them where the driver stopped for his 10 hour sleeper birth and than the hell broke loose... I never dealt with more rude people using profanities ? disgusting ? First guy hang up on me and than third persona woman started sending me rude emails and that she wants the truck on first delivery as scheduled and she would not change app... it is Wal Mart if the appointments are changed for next day there is no charge... I told her we are not making any HOS violations and he will not be on time for app that was previously scheduled and that she needs to reschedule... She finally rescheduled appointments... because there was a hurricane warning my driver ended up delivering to wal- mart as soon as he got there... Broker ended up charging us $400 for rescheduling appointments... WAL-MART DOES NOT charge for rescheduling for next day ? I called Wal-Mart and confirmed ? These brokers need to learn HOS and ELD rules... you can easily find it on FMCSA not push my driver to drive illegally.. You also can't lie load is ready and than we spend 5 hours at pick up location... I am sending my ELDS to authorities and reporting this broker for pushing for illegal driving ? as always all calls recorded .. and emails saved ? There was older gentleman that called me on the phone used all kind of profanities and threats and finally hung up on me... Would you like me to send you print out of my driver e-logs... I sent driver logs to those brokers so they can calculate his time and sleeper birth and Ms Rebecca told me not to blame ELDS and there are no excuses and he HAS to make it on time. If they wanted it on time they would push that shipper to get my truck loaded not expect us to break HOS rules .. My driver did a good job just to be short paid $400 ? so not professional to use that vocabulary, threaten and be so rude ? By other reviews I can see that someone else had a problem with same office... Just like everybody else here, booked a load and they called to cancel it. Inquired about TONU, very rude woman on the other end of the phone screamed at me and hung up. I called back and asked her to please be more professional than that. Did no good. There is obviously a pattern of behavior with this carrier. They are booking loads, then continuing to look for cheaper carriers. Once they find one, they call the original carrier back and say the load was cancelled. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. I for one will be dealing with them in court.

Mr Monty Dee.... its unprofessional Broker who charge us for not being under the phone 24/7 so for his mistake he send me revised confirmation with the money than he didn't pay because he said he have to pay dispatch to make follow up for whole night what is completely bs. BTW i can ad a conversation which showing what kind of the person He is

Horrible experience with an agent from this company. We called early in the morning to book a load and asked for a rate higher than what was offered. The agent told us he'd see if he could get it approved and call us back, which he never did. Assuming the load was off the table, we booked the truck with another brokerage from a similar area in OH delivering to a similar area, mind you this was around 2 hours after the conversation with D&L. Around 2PM calls one of my dispatchers asking for an update on the load, but just referring to it as the 'Ohio' load, so we gave him an update on the similar load we booked with the other broker. Afterwards, he calls back saying the truck never arrived and raising his voice to my dispatcher. After we were able to figure out what had happened, and told him that we were never on his load, having never received a rate sheet, let alone signing it and sending it back. He proceeded to physically threaten our operations manager and insisting that we were lying to him regarding booking the load, which we had never done in the first place. We have emailed D&L regarding his behavior and have email logs that contain threats and the entire story from both sides, but I would not recommend working with a broker that has such unethical and imbalanced agents.

Short paid us after delivering. Huge mistake doing business with this company!
