I called Dallo Law Group last week to setup a consultation to help me resolve issues with a recent audit I had with the IRS. The woman who answered the phone (so sorry I didn't write your name down!) was very nice, treated me with respect, and had an overall welcoming demeanor. I knew that my particular case wasn't going to be overly complex so I was worried that I would be wasting the firm's time, but I appreciated that she did not treat me as such. She told me that she would have one of their attorneys give me a call that afternoon. Mike Dallo gave me a call right on time, discussed my situation briefly with me, and determined that it wouldn't make sense for me to hire him to help me resolve my issue. As I mentioned earlier, my case was somewhat minor - he gave me a few specific action items that I can take on my own to resolve my issues with the IRS, and clarified the questions I had that made me seek his help in the first place. He could have easily billed me an hour's minimum rate, or just sent me off on my own, but he took the time to help me out instead. In my view, that tells me he actually cares about helping people, and those are the kinds of people I like to do business with. Hopefully I'm never in a position in which I have to hire Mr. Dallo's team in the future - but if I am, they will be on the top of my list. Thanks!
