I hired Dan to represent me in my divorce, that was my first mistake. I could never get my questions answered as he never called back. His legal assistant Belinda was very rude when I did call and could never answer any questions either. The spelling of my name was screwed up on the qdro, Belinda told me it didn't matter. When I called the company handling my qdro they said my name had to be spelled correctly. I wrote a note asking to make sure the spelling was correct. Belinda called me screaming at me I wasnt to tell her how to do her job. Well maybe if she did it correctly, its not hard to check someones name spelling. Dan told me that I would receive lifetime benefits from my ex pension but FAILED to write that in the divorce decree. He also never subpoenaed the pension paperwork and had no idea what the pension was worth, the worth is still unknown. My ex won't take his pension to make sure I receive nothing, yet has left his beneficiary his half. He mishandled this case every which way he possibly could, it cost him nothing. I on the otherhand will spend years paying off debt incurred for this divorce and marriage. As a divorce lawyer when handling my case he could have cared less. Maybe he would work harder for a man, I don't know. But if you're considering him to handle your divorce and there is not alot of assets that is involved, you can forget him fighting for you.

I did not feel represented at all. Treated me as if I was not worth the time. Felt very sad after a plea. I totally regret. Not a good experience. I needed someone to have my back and got zero sense that would happen.
