She took $4000.00 knowing she couldn't practice law. Going to court to get it back.

I hire Dana almost 5 years ago I paid her her balance only to find out that she could not practice law when I confronted her with this information she stopped responding to my phone calls text messages emails I found her on social media and she blocked me I went down to ethics commission she must have some strings there they were not able to help me I provided all the documents showing where she lied took my money they basically told me I had to take her to small claims court which caused a bigger issue for me if anyone knows anything that may be able to help me get my money back I would greatly appreciate it thank you so much in advance Dana if you are reading this I have been patient with you long enough I as well as others would like our money back
