Cannot even give this attorney one star. He lost custody of my daughter to her grandmother without any proof that I was an unfit father. This is against the law and he just collected his $5,200 and filed a few papers, showed up in court and lost and ran off with his money. He would not even call me back during or after the court appearance. I have to find another lawyer to assist me in getting custody of my OWN daughter from her drug addicted mother and her drunken grandmother, very sad situation and what was best for the child was not upheld in court because this lawyer did not call any witnesses or defend me properly.

Mr. Potter took my divorce case in 2003 to 2005. He did an excenlent job for me. I call him a lawyer with heart. He was compassionate and understanding of my situation. He won for me. I would reccomend his services. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give him a 20. Thank you Mr Potter

I feel like Mr. Potter was not a big help to me and my situation. I paid $500 to to be told to get a lawyer in another state. For someone like me, $500 is nearly TWO weeks of work. This law firm would benefit more if the lawyer would give you 5 minutes of his time and answer your primary questions UP FRONT instead of making you book an appointment and spend $500 for it. My money was NOT well spent, now the next two weeks are going to be a struggle for me as I am behind on bills. Thanks for nothing!

Supposed to have resolved legal matters took money to pay fines and never paid them and have not gotten response after calling and leaving him messages on his phone and with his secretary now all I can get is his voicemail
