I would give 0 if I was able to, Dan and his team throughout the entire closing of our real estate in NY was unprofessional, had no urgency we closed two weeks after we initially scheduled to close because his team did not do their job. When it came to our ability to finalize the purchase on another home my family had to do the work of his office in a timely fashion and even then he delayed our ability to close. I do not recommend you use this lawyer for any real estate transactions.

Horrible, unethical, fraud law firm in Garden City, Long Islang, NY. Unfortunately, I had to deal with them on my recent purchase of a house. My closing was delayed almost a month due to their unlawful, unprofessional activities. Throughout the whole ordeal, I was going thru most stressful, uncertain time of my life. Just few days before my schedule closing, I have learned Danial Boldi, the owner of the practice, is under some kind of investigation for alleged fraud and all his accounts were put on hold. I had earnest deposit money in an escrow on the firm and executed contract. Patrick Matthews, another attorney from the firm, was the escrowee for the account. My agent and I tried to communicate with them several time but they did not respond my phone calls or emails. After waiting few days, I changed to another law firm. My original closing date has passed. The new law firm was able to close on the house a month later than my original schedule closing. I have no idea how they are still open for business. The State of NY must look into this law firm asap before they ruin more peoples life. I am planning to report them to appropriate authorities. Thanks.

?? WARNING ?? DO NOT USE THIS LAW GROUP?? I use the term LAW loosely, because some of their practices have to be borderline. I have never had such a bad experience with a company. I go to close on the sale of my house and we are told that the paperwork isn’t ready from Boldi (buyer’s bank’s lawyer). We spent hours just waiting around to close. 1 person had to leave to go to work because it took so long. Next they kept saying they wired the money to my bank account, meanwhile nothing was actually sent for days. So someone was living in my house and I didn’t receive my money for days. There was so much I can’t even write it. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere ????????

Dan Boldi has royally screwed me over. Closed on a property on November 1, 2023 it’s now November 9, 2023 and still cannot get access to my home. He took the money from the bank and went missing then showed up 5 days later that his account was hacked? Then gave a check from his wife’s account that now needs an additional 5 business days to clear??? He will rue the day he messed with my money. I’m waiting for a full refund and because of this crook and his firm, almost 1/2 million dollars is tied up. Don’t ever use this firm, if he’s still in business when I’m done reporting him to every agency in NY state

Daniel Boldi and his group are the best real estate attorney group I have ever worked with. I used them with the sale and purchase of my homes. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Daniel always responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. The last 2 weeks before closing things got a little hectic. Daniel and his team made this process as stress free as possible. They made both closing seamless. I could not have asked for better representation. They are top notch group. I will continue to recommend them to my friends, family, and clients. A+++
