Very rude. Uneducated law firm. 1 star only because 0 isn’t an option. These people are rude and condescending. Don’t waist your time. There is coverage from my insurance and also reembuersement. The assumption that I could not pay for these services was ridiculous. Very unprofessional, shame on you Daniels Associates. This law firm is a joke.

Great law firm. They helped me get my disability check four years ago

First I was working with an attorney at this firm. I called one day to speak with her to find out she was no longer at the firm. I wouldn’t have known about the change had I not called. Then today, there is Nothing like having a hearing only to find out the day of, that your counsel has dropped your case 20 days prior but didn't have the respect or professionalism to call or email to let one know. Only found out 2 minutes before my hearing I was no longer being represented. I wouldnt recommend this firm for any reason. Only putting a 1 star because it’s mandatory. They could not help me with my case. But pointed me in the right direction. And i'm really thankful for that.

I wasn’t completely sold on retaining a lawyer for the disability issues I was going thru but I did make the choice to go thru with it. I was a little disappointed in the whole process of speaking with Micah Daniels when she called for a meeting over the phone when the pandemic was just getting started. Maybe she was having a bad day I heard children in the background and she was extremely short with me as I just received a call just before her that my son was in a car accident on the interstate and being transported to U of L trauma hospital by ambulance. I asked to reschedule as Things sometimes happen beyond our control like family or the pandemic that stopped everyone where they were. I was passed on to another kind lady in the office that eventually spoke in the hearing. This Situation was horrible and the amount of money Micah received from me was a little extreme. Disappointed now over a year later I received a letter from IRS I need to pay them and honestly I thought they was taken care of before any money went to her or I. I wish the experience would have been better but I’m disappointed that now I owe the IRS that should have been taken care of before her or I was to be paid. 2 stars is being kind. Horrible situation.
