In my opinion, easily the least professional law firm I have dealt with thus far in my career. Not only does DNSC not respond to emails or telephone calls for prolonged periods of time, they have shown to be extremely unreliable when it comes to collecting on debts provided to them. Fred Daniels is an extremely good talker on the front end and a salesman at heart, but the lack of actual legal acumen or willingness to take on cases outside of their wheelhouse was blatantly obvious after our initial few consultations. This is all based on my personal experience and is an opinion but I would not recommend the services of this firm.

Complete and utter Mormons. They lose all the time. Don't settle. You will win.
