I hired Darren back in 2017 to assist me in getting a warrant dropped and a speeding ticket paid that I had been unable to pay myself for months, due to it not being “in the system”. I finally forgot about the ticket which was in my glove box after several attempts to pay it. 8 months later, I was pulled over by another cop and told very aggressively that I had a warrant out for my arrest. They told me I could either go to court or hire a lawyer. I chose to hire a lawyer because I wanted to make sure it was handled properly. I found Darren based on the recommendation of a friend. They made it seem like they could rectify the problem swiftly and so I agreed to all of their fees which were over $1200. They told me I could also go to online traffic school to get the points off of my record. I was told after a few weeks that everything had been CLEARED. Let me be clear here: no fees were reduced by having a lawyer and he did not plea for me that I should not have had the warrant in the first place since I honestly tried to pay my ticket. They do not do things like that. In these courts, you are always the guilty one because you are the cash cow they want money from. This is a very corrupt system, folks. Well, fast forward to two years later. I am pulled over by a cop for not coming to a complete stop at a four way stop right by my house where no one else was. The cop took my information and then told me my license has been suspended since 2016!! I told him there must be some mistake but he showed me on his screen. I immediately contacted Darren and was very angry of course. I think the average person would want to know why he didn’t catch this when he was working on my case. I was given very brief replies from him at first and my anger continued to grow as I was told to check with the DMV. At one point, he asked for a copy of my license front and back and said he would attempt to get to the bottom of this but he never did attempt. A week later, I went into the DMV and I was told that the suspension was a separate thing and that his clearance letter for the warrant did not clear the suspension because at that point you have to physically come into the DMV and take a written test, a driving test and of course, pay more FEES! This entire system they got going on is all about ping ponging you around so that you have to keep paying more fees. That’s it. It doesn’t make any logical sense whatsoever because it’s not supposed to. At the end of all this, I have asked him how he didn’t know that my license was suspended. You would think that would be easy for him to check on at the beginning of your case if he was trying to do a real service for you, right? I was told that there’s no way for him to know that because again that’s a “separate” isssue. It’s all separate right? The left hands don’t know the right hands. Hell, the third fingers don’t even know the second fingers! I am writing this review because I want someone who may be in my exact shoes to realize that you have to think of absolutely everything for these people. You cannot leave anything to trust or chance. If you are hiring them to clear a warrant for you, you better first go to the DMV and find out what your driving record status is because clearing a warrant does not clear a suspension! Isn’t that just the exact opposite of common sense? Yes, folks, it is.
