I strongly recommend this attorney. Hands down he and his staff is the best!!!! nnThank you! Thank you! Thank you! from day one you were there. I met you broke and homeless on a Thursday. The following Monday I was in court and awarded temporary alimony, and within the same week I had another roof over my head thanks to you and your team! You told me I was going to be alright and that my divorce was just a simple stumbling block in my life that would soon be in the past. Ten months later because of you and your team I stand tall and thankful for all of your efforts. The permanent benefits that I was granted by the judge shows just how diligent you are. I know that I still have a lot of healing to do and the progress is going to be slow, but I will always hear David Carroll in my ear cheering me on.

David Carroll was hired by me, to get me through my divorce. Him and his paralegal Cheley Bradley had me putting away a huge sum of money in a trust account for the divorce ( all my savings) thinking that it will be safe. I was going through major life changes and wanted to have enough money to pay my lawyer for the entire divorce, as I figured it will be expensive. They took advantage of me and my case, racked up unnecessary charges, so they could use up all the money in the trust account, in the matter of 3 months they had nearly cleaned up 60K of my trust account. After racking up these huge sums, Cheley actually had the nerve to tell me, "that I was not paying them enough to do their job". At this time, I chose to find a good lawyer and fire them. I am so thankful to my friend who helped me find my new lawyer, Keith Kilpatrick and fire this money hungry maniac. Despite going through a very complicated case and being worried about what at the time could have been a bad decision, I had to take the leap of faith, as the options would have been possibly bankruptcy due to having a greedy lawyer. I do not write bad reviews, as this can be very damaging to a professional. But, I would like for people to be aware, if you do hire Mr Carroll, please for your sake, do not put money into a "Trust account". This would be the end of that money, in no time. Also, if you need a investigator do not hire David, as he does not do very well with such a case. There were many other wrongs that happened in this case. But that will be a bar complaint and need not be discussed in public.

My ex hired this attorney for our custody/ visitation case and mr Carroll canceled the hearing we had set up the day before we were suppose to attend and never touched the case. After a yr of my ex paying him my ex fired him for the case never being touched and shortly after the case was closed for a lack of prosecution.nnResponse to David Carroll: first off as his attorney I would like to think you would have known if he was ever my husband or not as that changes how the law looks at custody before a court order. Second off why would I encourage the court to move forward with the order when my child's jurisdiction was not going to stay in Florida but with me in a completely different state. Doesn't make sense does it. And lastly they had everything they needed and I didn't respond to the case closing because it does not impact me in a negative way and also because my ex (never husband) and I agreed he would allow it to close. As far as you admitting or denying he made payment I don't know any lawyer that would work for free for any reason. And as far as you and your team working hard the only paper you and your team filed was to cancel the court date (less than 24 hrs before it was scheduled to happen) to finalize the agreement. Trust me I give you 5 starts for allowing me to not go to court and get a finalized court agreement. I mean that wasn't your job but it helped me a lot more than it helped my ex. However we have our own agreement without your help and continue to make improvements when needed. nnAlso I love the fact that you are putting every cases details up for anybody with computer access can see. That may not be legally wrong considering you aren't giving names, not that they would be hard to find out, but morally that is unrealistic. To be a good lawyer you should have good moral character and great ethics. You clearly have neither. And considering you are getting the same negitive comments from several people that don't even know each other that should be saying a lot.

My friend got screwed up and this lawyer lost documentation and all. Find someone else

Mr. Carroll and his team Debbie and Aditi started and finished my divorce in good time. This was my second divorce, first in Alabama and this one here in Pensacola. The team worked long days and many hours doing paperwork. They were there to answer questions and get things done. Again, thank you for doing this divorce. I am very thankful
