David is A Number One. He is personable, knowledgeable, professional and no-nonsense. He is a CPA and Lawyer to boot. He has never represented me as a lawyer before the IRS (Thank goodness), but I needed him, I know he'd be there. It is a pleasure having him as my CPA. He truly is the best.
