Yes, you have only had me there for focus groups, but you also have gone months without contacting me. I had my truck totalled in March , I called you inquiring about any groups and got told that you had been using other people. The 3 stars was 2 months after the truck was totaled.I haven't heard from you in 8 months. For me a 3 is good, a 4 is very good, and a 5 is exceptional. You said I hurt you with a 3.
