An attorney who is highly professional, very responsive and goes above an beyond to take care of his clients. I hired David C Jones as my attorney to handle the very simple matter of filing a claim in a bankruptcy case. He had all the information and was ready to file to get me listed as a claimant, and then started ghosting me. I have not heard from him in over a year. The deadline to file in the case passed without my knowledge and now I am no longer eligible to get my money. When I filed a complaint with the state Bar, he responded claiming that he knew he made a mistake, and would make it right, but still refuses to contact me to make this happen. He won't respond to phone calls or emails. This cost me $2,400 and a lot of hassle, and has been dealt with in a very unprofessional way. Don't hire this guy. You have no idea if you'll ever hear from him again.
