Absolutely insane !! And joke No hi no welcome when you walk in. I got mislead before the appointment. After adding me to the system they said it is 305 dollars for the exam . When I canceled, they still charged me full price, not even telling anything (instead of cancellation fee ) definitely a scam . They hide the process then try to scam you cancellation fee.

i highly recommend you go to a different faa doctor. spent almost 300.00 and was a waste of time with this doctor. worst ever. still waiting for my med certificate and this doctor is not current with medications being use today. just simply the worst doctor. BEWARE................

This doctor has no respect for your time at all. My appt. was at 1:30p and I left at 3pm. On top of that he charged $230 for a first class medical which is ridiculous.

Alright so I have seen all the negative reviews about Dr. Robinson but he didn’t really seem that way to me when I went in for my 3rd Class Flight Physical. He does seem to favor military so if your military and looking to fly then he’s your guy. Scheduled an appointment at 4:00pm and I got finished less than 30 minutes later. I can’t speak for others experiences but mine was quick, easy and professional. I will say that I do see why people talk bad about him and it’s because he is one of those stern kind of guys whose just trying to get through the day like everyone else but I did not feel disrespected or left waiting at all. My experience goes to show that if you really want to find out about something just go there and experience it yourself because everyone’s experience is different. Try him out.

After seeing all the reviews I was a bit concerned going to this office. But I have to say that Dr. Robinson and the rest of the staff there where super friendly and professional, we were there until after their office hours on a Friday evening and everyone including Dr. Robinson were super patient with us, no one rushed us. I’d definitely recommend to anyone else
