We made contract with this Torres law firm last month, but since then we can’t make communication with them if I have questions, i’ve been email twice and call many times but no responding at all even I leave my message I don’t know how to communicate with them to ask about how is my case progress now .

Just hired them a couple days ago. To help with my son-in-law's immigration to the US from England. But they are extremely attentive and go out of their way to make sure you do not stress over situations that they will handle. We are working with Megan Austin at the moment and she is absolutely wonderful.
