Paid Mr. Pena to file for rule 35 on behalf of a family member, numerous times I requested copy of the documents and there were always excuses, then he started ignoring my emails, tx messages and phone calls until I left a vm stating I would be contacting the court house to find out the status of the case and request copies. He stated it had been filed, I called the court house and they never received anything from Mr. Pena. I requested the he reimbursed the money and he continued ignoring my messages and calls. Before the filing of rule 35 issue, he represented my family member in court, and with all the information and proof we provided to him, he did such a poor job. I would not recommend him at all.
