Recently, I sought legal counsel regarding the transfer of my Russian River property between myself and my ex-husband. I live in San Mateo County, and despite the physical differences in our locales, I chose David J. Collier, Esq. of Santa Rosa to facilitate this transfer, as we chose not to procure the services of a realtor. David produced a real estate contract that met with both, myself and my ex-husband’s, requirements, oversaw the signatures, and legal filing with the courts in Sonoma County.
