Rozas & Associates are awesome! I am pleased from my initial call to the end of my case. Ms. Lacie was my attorney, she is very attentive and stayed on top of every detail to make sure I received the best outcome ( a dismissal). 6 stars! Lacie is the best! She really is! Even before our first phone call, she had reviewed the case and properly understood the issue at stake. For our first phone call, she took the time to actively listen; and I was impressed with her knowledge of the case, and her recommendations of the next steps to take. She explained to me, in simple terms, what to expect and what to do. Throughout the case, Lacie maintained constant communication, and on several occasions, I found out that she was several steps ahead in terms of next steps and already had solutions for how to remove roadblocks. All of these made me feel more calm and comfortable, especially given the nature of criminal cases. At a time when you're likely feeling the most stress you've ever felt in your life, you need an attorney like Lacie who is both knowledgeable and empathetic. If you want an attorney who talks a lot without doing much, look elsewhere. But if you want a defense attorney who knows exactly what to do in your favor, who patiently tells you the truth (even when you don't want to hear it), and works 100x more in the background than you realize, then hire Lacie before someone else does!
