This is a process had to be double checked at the beginning the middle at the end. After the funds been funded you have to make sure they have all their information still correctly. This happens to be a relocation deal and the additional stress added to a transaction when you are the listing agent was painstaking to say the least. This dose not have to be everyone’s experience but I would recommend double to triple check the progress of every file from start to finish if you had no choice on who did title.
