David M. Kaufman

I was waiting appointment with Dr. Kaufman for 3 weeks. Initially office took all my insurance and credit card information. I had to take a day off and traveled over one hours to get to my long waited appointment. When I arrived, front desk person told me that they don't take my insurance!!! I was very disappointed with service. BTW if you miss your appointment, they would charge you $75 therefore they need your credit card information in advance!!! They didn't offer me $75 for wasted day. I was told by my colleague who is same like me an ICU RN that Dr. Kaufman is excellent doctor. I never had a chance to meet him. This is about unprofessional office service.

I have had a problem for more than 20 years and seen many doctors in the NYC and other states that were unable to help me. Some had identified what was wrong but were unable to cure me. Dr. Kaufman identified and solved my problem in about 6 months. Besides being thrilled with the results he provided, I appreciated his calm and caring personality. He was always on time and did not rush through my exam. He took time to talk to me and answer all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kaufman is the absolute best! I went to see him for an unusual problem, and I always felt confident that he was giving me the best care that I could get anywhere. He understood that my quality of life was suffering because of my problem, and he was determined to come up with a plan that would help fix the issue. He was able to quickly identify what the cause was and he ultimately performed the surgery that has since corrected the problem for me completely. Dr. Kaufman has such a nice way about him and is always so pleasant, and the officer manager, Nancy, is also such a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaufman to anyone to wants the best of the best. He is simply an amazing doctor!

I only wish someone would have told me to see Dr. David Kaufman sooner. I had been struggling for years with an issue, and Dr. Kaufman treated me like none other doctor has, and has significantly improved my condition. He is a urologist that looks at the full picture and makes strategic decisions on how to best treat it. He has intimate knowledge of lesser well known urological issues, and was extraordinarily helpful for me. He is a warm man and a fantastic professional, with an equally stellar staff and beautiful new offices. I can't recommend him enough.
