My case isn't over yet, but either way, Mr. Oliver deserves 5 stars. He's intelligence, personable, and is on top of things. Do not hesitate to hire Mr. Oliver, especially with disability and social security. That's his expertise!

If you have a solid case and are struggling with denials, David Oliver will direct the courts attention to the strengths of your evidence and gathering the correct information about how your disability affects your daily life. He is well spoken in court and concise with your consultation. He's "no nonsense." I recommend.

Mr. Oliver was excellent in guiding me through the confusing and many times infuriating process of seeking SSDI. I'm one of the many people who has what is called an 'invisible illness,' and have heard right and left that these kinds of cases are rarely approved since I'm relatively young, and so much of the disability determination process requires objective, not subjective evidence (no matter how compelling or consistent that evidence, nor how supportive your doctors are of your case). It also doesn't help that I put a lot of my care into the hands of Naturopathic physicians, with whom I've found more help that most MDs. Mr. Oliver was honest with me up front about what our challenges would be, but using his deep knowledge of the system and how determinations are made, was able to advise and guide me towards various types of tests and procedures to document in black and white what is otherwise considered 'invisible' or 'subjective'...which the determination process defaults to meaning 'nonexistent,' 'untruthful' or 'overly dramatic.' (My words, not his.) Though securing these additional pieces of documentation was a bit costly and difficult for a disabled person to do (ironically), he was 100% correct in that the objective proof provided by these tests/exams sealed the deal once we got to the hearing phase. Also, he helped me reason that an upfront cost for an expensive test is worth it when it helps you secure years' worth of support for your disabling condition. Mr. Oliver also prepared me well for the hearing itself, and I knew exactly what to expect and how to approach my testimony. There were no surprises for me, and I felt well-supported by him during the process. It was also a huge load off my mind to know that he and his office had taken care of compiling and organizing all of the documentation needed to clearly make my case. While we don't have the official approval of my claim yet, based on how the hearing went it looks almost certain that we've finally made it through the SSDI determination gauntlet! And, yes, though it stinks that in a world where we work most of our lives and pay into the Social Security system, when a disability strikes us we end up having to share a portion of our benefits with an attorney; I can say with complete certainty that I would NOT have been successful in the process without Mr. Oliver, and his payment was contingent upon my success. The system is what it is for now, and knowing you have a knowledgeable, competent and empathetic attorney in your corner makes navigating it possible. He's even right there with you to commiserate about how terrible the system is! ;)

i went o david for help after being denied 4 times by social secirity. i had been recvently paralizeds during a domestic violennse incidrent with my ex. not to mention the mental trauma. i had stuggled with addiction before in life but got clean when this happened to me. unfortantly when i testified against my ex in court I relapsed although he was not happy about it he didnt give up on me. he was hard on me but tried to keep me posative always making sure i knew and understood the importance of what needed to be done. i was able to pull it back together and get back on the wagon but because of my lack of attention to the case during my relapse i did not feel good about the casde i was ready to just quit, but he assured me my case was valid and to hang on. he never gave up on me and we ended up winning my case in more ways than hoped for. there were times i thought he was to hard on me bu in the long run in was exasctley what i needed!
