David has always provided excellent advice over my 20yrs of being a landlord. He is VERY knowledgeable about landlord/tenant law, and works only for landlords.

Attorney Chamberlain is well known for playing victim when he has a bad case. He doesn't follow proper procedure, and then turns around and claims everyone else is at fault when he is losing.

My experience with this man was terrible. He performed badly and then blamed me for his inaccuracy, including scathing remarks about the police, other lawyers and me! Please, do NOT use this man for any of your legal needs.

Prompt courteous and very knowledgeable. I use him for all me property needs
