Well, don't ask your PCP for a referral for a 2nd opinion from another GI doctor on MyChart. His CMNA will read it and get you kicked out of their care. Showed up to all my appointments. Did what I was supposed to do. Comes in after he has his PA do exam and all. He says he is not happy with our relationship. Didn't explain anymore than that. Told me he will no longer be willing to see me. Your not happy? Seeing as I spent 3.5 days in ICU. Never once did your staff or yourself call. First thing the next morning my PCP doctor called me to see if there was anything he could do or if I needed anything. I've been to my PCP 2x in like a year. Seeing as I don't get sick. Yet they called me. I spent more time with my PCP in those 2 visits than the 4 I had with Romeo. Plus I think he figured out he was doing extra procedures that weren't needed. As I figured that out by talking to 2 other doctors. Then doing some medical journal research and looking at different studies. When you walk into a building and it has like 50 exam rooms down a hall, run! When you go in for egd and it feels like your in a Nascar pitstop, really run! There is no care here. There is no compassion. If you schedule the latest appointment available so you can work to support your family. They're calling you like 3x that same day to come in earlier. So they can get their cash and go. You are nothing but a green piece of paper. For staff to look at non urgent medical questions sent to other providers. That's just a bit unethical in my mind. Kettering health is looking into that issue. Then maybe my lawyer will too. ????

Had a very positive experience and wound not hesitate to recommend to friend or anyone.
