I don’t feel like I was done right I mean I gave them my last $1500 just to write a letter being that the letter didn’t work they want additional fees to make an appeal I cannot afford additional fee.. this was dragged over six months. What a waste of time man if they would’ve truly explain that they’re only writing a letter for 1500 and that’s it!!! I would of never given my money up. there are lawyers that will take the case and get paid later I have spoken to lawyers that would of took my case, but being that I was dealing with these guys first it felt right.. I just really feel like I wasn’t done, right.
My daughter got married in Venetian this Saturday on May 27th. Service was amazing, food was delicious. My event coordinator Barbara Buron was an absolute pleasure to work with. Day of wedding Jason was contact. Amazing amazing guy. We had few issues for seating that he resolved quickly. I can’t wait to go back and have my second child wedding there. Would love to have Barbara and Jason handle my event. Highly recommended place.
I cannot whole heartedly say that I felt like my case was a priority. At times it felt like they didn’t want to put much effort into fighting for it. They are super old school. We had another case going on with a law firm with a fresh face and it was so stream lined. Anything that had to be signed could be done online at the other firm. At this firm it all had to be done on paper which made the process 10x longer. You have to wait for them to mail it then for it to get mailed back. I was heavily suggested to settle for a very low sum. They did not go the extra mile for me when I came to saving me money. I highly suggest not hiring this firm for your personal injury cases.
These guys are the best! Greg my Attorney is a great professional full of knowledge and wisdom:) He truly cares for his clients because he does not wait on you too meet him prior to a court date, he takes his time to reach out to you to arrange a time to meet before court. This is the way it should be done, as the clients need a pre breakdown of what to expect in court and discuss strategies for the client. He has a great sense of humor and is forthright in what he needs you to understand as a client. Remember to dress nice for court, as it shows respect to the judge:)
My experience with Mr. Gary Roth was very positive and yielded a fair and relatively quick agreement which was acceptable to both parties. I was referred to Mr. Roth in my search for legal representation in a case of gross abuse by the American employer (non payment of sales retainers and commissions, T & E expenses, as well as French social security contributions). Favorable resolution of this complaint required study of the case complexities, development of the legal strategy and activity schedule, and timely final threat to the NJ-based company to get the desired agreement. Also, provisions were established to enforce the agreement and preempt future non-compliance by the offending party. In summary, a very professionally delivered service to correct injustice in a complex case of breach of an international work-services contract.
