All I have to say is I WISH I knew David when I hired another attorney who in the end completely botched my moving violation case by not showing up at court several years ago. Due to that, I was threatened a year suspension along with fines if I didn't plead guilty. A friend quickly recommended David. It was too late for him to take care of the original citation, however I appreciated his honesty. I made sure to keep his information then which came in handy when I received a speeding ticket a few months later. His retainer fee was more than fair priced considering the citation was completely dismissed. Quite recently, I had been disputing with NYC DOT for its bogus citation regarding the license plates display and I remembered about David. I retained David to represent me on a traffic matter after receiving four separate infractions in a single traffic stop on the Long Island Expressway. At the time my drivers license was unblemished and I had not accrued a single moving violation in over ten years. Yet, with a single traffic stop I was now facing 4 citations and 10 points on my license derived from a single lane change. The fact that his retainer cost less than his peers was a bonus but certainly anyone will tell you that there is very little in life as expensive as a cheap lawyer.
