I consulted many attorneys all of which gave me the same advice. I got Ol Timmy as my public defense. I told Tim what I wanted him to do he told me it could not be done I simply asked him to present it to the prosecution. He told me no. And said I should "get my money back", when referencing the advice I was given. "I handle 60 cases a day". Yes sir you do, you telegraphed that perfectly. You don't care about anything except how many cases you get when you should be helping the most vulnerable people who need it. Incredibly rude, and dismissive I wish you an early retirement.

Told my fiance he was gone get a 30 day extension on a plea instead he got a 2 weeks and told him he runs the show when his life is on the line. PAID IN FULL AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CLIENTS WHATS SO EVER. HAD NO DEFENSE FOR HIM IN COURT.
