David Wroblewski & Associates

They took a retainer of $3,500.00 and made a lot of promises. After they had the money, they stopped returning calls, didn't do anything with my case, then my assigned lawyer left the firm! The owner, David Wroblewski, said he would handle my case personally. Now, all of the phones have been disconnected, no one is returning emails and I have no way of even finding out how or why they disappeared with my money. Or what to do now. I gave him all the money I had. He is a thief. Doesn't even deserve one star

My in 2011 ex went to them when they where called Phillips and associates. She paid them 2100 up front. Gave them all the paper work they asked for. She had to go to the bankruptcy judge 3 times. First time someone we never met was their saying they where their to represent her. But they had just filed and not brought any of the paper work the judge had asked for. So she had to re schuelded. 2nd time same issue. New representative from them showed up and this time they had changed there names to David and wroblewski. Judge did not have the paper work and the new representative did not know what the was going on. So the judge said she had one more chance to do it right. We yelled at the representative and said what in the world was going on. He said per his boss we where supposed to bring everything and he was their solely for advice only. So made her 3rd and final appointment. Went to the office and demanded to speak to someone. They said everyone was busy or out. We told them get someone or we are going on 3 on your side to complain. Finally after an hour a representative showed up. She said that we are responsible to bring all documents and they are only responsible for filing and being her representative at the hearing. Short version it would have been cheaper to do it on her own. Took 6 months to get her finished. Don’t use them at all.
