Worst experience ever!!! they don't stay in contact with you and they don't keep you updated with the case. I took my mom to their office back in november and they havent been able to do anything for her. The insurance evaluated her car at 2000.00 and last thing she heard from the lawyer (because she called them several times) that the insurance was offering 500 dollars only. My mom told them she wanted to talk to the insurance and asked for the case number and the lawyer refuses to give her the information. She has called them several times and they dont answer she has also left them several voice mails. At the local office they cant do anything for her since the main office is in San Antonio.

I normally don't write reviews. I called the Law Firm asking questions about consultation fees and if I could as for advice during consultation. They lady who picked up the phone said no and I thanked her, but she just hung up on me. I found this very unprofessional.
