My attorney Andy stayed in constant communication with me. Anytime I had any kind of questions, even if he was unavailable at the moment, he was always available to give me a call back and explain why things were happening they way they were. He was very understanding in the fact of everything that went into my case and how much it affected me in every realm of my life. He was easy to talk to and would do everything he could to make the other insurance company understand exactly what happened to my life because of the negligence of their insured person and what it did to me in the long run. My wife was dropped only after we used their doctor to make multiple appointments on the exact same day. They said, after having the case for over a month, that the other driver wasn't insured so that they were dropping the case. I don't believe this at all. If the driver wasn't insured, then why allow us to go as far as going to doctor's appointments, racking up bills, just to drop us the same day we start using it? Sound super fishy to me.
