We recently used Dean Mead for the recent purchase of our first piece of commercial real estate. Initially, we were not sure if we would be better off using a realtor or an attorney, but we knew we needed someone very knowledgeable to help us navigate this transaction. Now that the closing is behind us I am 100% sure that using Dean Mead was a much better decision than using a realtor, whom we would not have had to pay out of pocket. Laura Young was always available and patient with our first timer questions. She and Anna Long were such valuable resources as we encountered quite a few complicated issues that a realtor would not have been able to handle with the same level of knowledge and expertise. We closed on time, and I don’t think we would have without them. We will definitely use them again on our next purchase. Well worth it!
