The dentust is very unprofessional and rude. He was pulling my tooth and I told him that it was painful and he said "no I gave you enipough novacain. Your feeling pressure". That was the most excruciating pain I have ever exoerienced. I was crying and told me that I needed to quit because I was scaring the other patients. He was not caring or compassionate at all

This man should have his license revoked.nnFirst time I saw him, he was grinding for a root canal... Then he slipped and ground off a piece of my other molar. Now a have a large groove/piece of my molar missing.nnSecond time I saw him, he was installing a crown. He did not fit it correctly to begin with. The crown was too high, and interfering with my bite. Instead of remedying the situation, he decided to grind off the top part of my porcelain crown. Now I have a black circle on top of my white crown. nnAnother dentist I saw for a second opinion was shocked and surprised by the shoddy work (he used words that were far more polite and professional). Dr. Bowen actually left two files inside my roots (now cemented in) that he never said anything about. This other dentist showed them to me in the X-ray. Now I know why I had chronic infections after the procedure.nnEven worse, because he did not measure the crown correctly, it was too snug, He wrenched my jaw so hard with his hands, that his fingernails broke through the the latex glove and actually cut into my skin under my jaw. I yelled out loud when his fingernails went into my skin, and he seemed to think it was because of the force on my tooth. He was totally unaware.nnHorrific experience. I would openly share my experiences and speak up, it helps someone else avoid similar experiences. This person should not be practicing dentistry. Go ANYWHERE else. Run away from this "dentist."

Very good dentist. But one thing I don't like about this is that they take too long to call me.I come before my appointment time and I'm waiting 3 hours to be called.they don't have enough people working at this dentist.the dentist can say mean things too me which is not nice.

They did great work just there was no privacy in the clinic. They work great for emergency appointments, my gums were receding due to improper dental care, and they got me in and out my mouth feels 100% better

Dr. Welch is a very insensitive and rude dentist. Horrible attitude. I didn't even finish my dental work. I will never deal with him again.
