I have had experience with many different lawyers, and Peter Rachesky was hands down THE BEST! He wasnt afraid to challenge the Judge, DA, or our other Lawyer Kathy McGowdy who was doing a terrible bear minimum job on our case!! He is my first choice!!!

Don't waste your time or money on this guy. He was appointed by the courts to me and I was not impressed with the. End result.

Mr rachesky did great for me! I was looking at 130 years for all the felonies I was charged with. I had 25 charges. By the end of it he got me a deal where they dropped all charges but 2. Still was looking at 2 to 12 years in prison, I ended up getting 90 days in jail and 90 in rehab to better myself, and 3 years of probation. I would highly recommend him. Thank you God, and thank you Mr rachesky. I got a 2nd chance at life because of this man. Makes me want to do things right this time.
