This is apparently an 2nd rate firm of ambulance chasers. They just sent me a letter offering to represent me in the recent criminal charges against someone else with a similar name. So, not only do they rely on random mail solicitation to find clients, but they're so bad at research that they can't even identify someone when armed with the full name and date of birth on the docket sheet.
