Wonderful lawyers an people to help in any way
Mr. Mckinney done a great job on my case. highly recommended.
Hl is incompetent. He didn’t listen to my concern about him and my case. He dropped the case two weeks from my hearing. And put me in a really BAD situation. He’s awful. Use your money for a more knowledgeable attorney.
Terrible! Joshua Brown was my attorney for my divorce at first and during the first visit all he said was all that I was going to have to pay her. He wanted me to do all the interaction with my wife, which is what I thought he was supposed to do. I don’t know the law! He set us up with a way around this supposed law that you need to have a sheriff deliver papers to your spouse in order to file for divorce. So he made me ask my wife if it was ok to send her an email asking her permission to sign a document that gave us the right to send her papers since she was out of state in Ohio. (He said a lawyer can’t tell a sheriff from another state to serve papers) I found out that isn’t even a law and we just wasted our time and alerted my wife that we were trying to file for divorce in Indiana. I called him several times and there was no return call. The last time I called the receptionist said he was on vacation! I fired him on the spot despite what my family advised. A few days later I was served divorce papers via certified mail which I found out is completely legal. This guy doesn’t even know the law, you don’t need a sheriff. Thanks to him I will probably get shafted through this entire divorce. Thanks for shuffling your feet and doing absolutely nothing for me.
One can always depend on the right representation from this law firm ,no matter how bad that I think I had messed up . I want you to know they were their in a jiffy to pull my bacon out of the proverbial fire ! P.S. thank you and Namaste' true Friend ,yes ,a true friend indeed .
