The system is broken. Children and families are broken. There needs to be more grassroots/ volunteer efforts by churches and non profits, judges, lawyers, attorneys, dcyf caseworkers to get moms and dads the mental health, substance abuse therapy, anger management, social skills, jobs and other skill deficits they need to raise their children! Children are rotting in group homes or foster homes wanting their moms and dads back. The State pays either way.nnBottom line is the system is creating mental health issues for the children caught up in a broken system! nnThere is a lot of people who care that work here. Some who care about retirement and paychecks.

This place should be shut down . Case workers play favorites! RI is small everyone knows everyone. They make there own rules as they go along .

Filed two valid complaints to protect my children from a childcare facility and both were deemed insufficiently serious enough to investigate. Naturally both childcare facilities are accredited by DCYF... as effective as cops who investigate themselves. Especially when you do often hear of how easily they will invade and remove children from homes who truely belong better with their parents. Shameful.

They take kids away who don't need to be taken away. They abuse kids more than their parents. I hate them.

Horrible onsite HR personnel, little or no attendance or communication, far more vacancy than presence
