I was introduced to Swati Desai through a mutual colleague and we immediately connected. Swati Desai is a professional and caring attorney. I retained Swati for my complex divorce case that involve major custody concerns as well as the usual financial disputes. Her knowledge and experience in family law demonstrated by her certification as a Family Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization and by her ability to concisely address the court with my concerns is remarkable. Our experience with Swati Desai was amazing. Over the course of about a year, she walked us through the most painful experience of our lives (almost loosing our children) with empathy and with professionalism.
