If I could give this company a negative , I would. We paid the monies up front after being told a load of garbage by their point man to get us to hire them. We should have pulled out when they didn't return or answer our initial concerns and questions. We had to threaten to stop payment on their fee. 9 months later, we are still nowhere - and now they want more money "the irs is dragging it feet" Don't hire these people , run as far away in the other direction that you can. To top it off - I received a phone call about cancelling the POA - not my husband - I didn't have anything to do with this situation. If they are careless as to who they call and don't verify they are speaking to the correct person - do you want to trust them with vital tax information.

Received numerous calls from this company claiming that I owed $120K in taxes and they could help with the situation. Also claimed that the IRS had placed a lien on all of my possessions and had sent notification to an address which I haven't lived at in 14 years. Pretty strange that the IRS doesn't have my current mailing address considering I file a federal tax return every year. When I spoke with one of their "tax relief consultants," he wouldn't provide any details as to how he obtained the information then told me there must have been a mistake and that he was receiving a call from a client who owed over a million dollars in taxes and hung up. I called the IRS to verify I didn't owe any money and just as I thought, I didn't. I filed a complaint with BBB but they haven't published it. Be very cautious with this company as they are utilizing phishing techniques in an attempt to defraud people of their money.

As of tomorrow 4-13-18 this business is closing its doors. Was informed by a company that is going to buy them. STOP ALL PAYMENTS TO DFG TAX SERVICES. CONTACT YOUR CC COMPANIES ASAP. DON'T LET THEM RIP YOU OFF AS THEY DID ME.

We have been trying to get someone to answer the phone or even a return call, have called everyday for several weeks and left several messages This company was paid by us to handle a tax issue no we are left in the dark, I did receive a call from Robby who could not answer or refused to give me answers promised me a return call that afternoon, I have not gotten that call nor has anyone returned my messages that were left.
